Printed Mints & Candies from Dino in USA
At the end of 2012, Dino sent us an email looking for the mints & candies printing machine. He is the owner of Candy factory from USA. In the email, he wanted to buy food printer to custom printed mints & candies.
Some day in March, 2013, Dino arrived Guangzhou, and made a call to us that he wanted to visit our factory in Dongguan. He was satisfy our printer quality, but our printer price was a little bit expensive than others. After he returned to USA, he decided to purchase the candy printer from other supplier, because they’re offering him a cheaper price. Even though he hadn’t bought from us, we still kept in touch by emails.
6 months later, Dino sent us an email about his candy printer issue. There was some fatal technical problem, so the printer can not be Ready to print. The printer supplier cannot provide him the technical support, he trusted us that we are the professional printer supplier. So he asked us to help him. Our technician did help him to solve some little issue, like resetting the wasted ink value. But if need to change parts, only the printer supplier can supply the spare parts. Dino felt very bad about the candy printer which custom printed mints & candies.
Dino was afraid the food printing machine from other suppliers. Since the Christmas season was on the corner, there were many customers wanted to custom printed mints & candies. So he had no choice, but to buy another candy printer from China. Dino got smart this time; He would rather pay a little more money than to have a problem printer in a cheap price.

After one week, they received our food printer. Since they have experience on operating the edible food printer, so our food printer is easy for them. Our candy printer is still running well up till now.
Since our printer quality is good enough, Dino bought our UV printer to custom printed mint tins for his new business in 2014. At the beginning of 2015, Dino bought another 5 unit of UV printers for his increasing business. Up till now, they have 7 units of printing machines from us.
